  • Dual Carriage Movement
     Independent tool arm and spindle controls that operate at two speeds to simplify wheel positioning and improve efficiency.

  • Hydrolic Self-Centering Chuck
    Four-jaw hydraulic chuck grips rim sizes from 11” to 46” (up to 60” with extensions) and includes self-lubricating bushings, 750 mm arms, and integrated Teflon pads for smooth, secure operation.

  • Oversized Tool-Holder Arm
    The 4-inch diameter tool-holder arm, the largest in its class, is fully hydraulically controlled and allows complete lowering of the tool for a wider working area.

  • Ergonomic Control Unit
    Low-voltage portable control console with an intuitive layout of buttons and pedals, including an emergency stop, standby mode, and options for wired, wireless, or air-operated controls.

  • Safety Controls
    Built-in pressure valve protects aluminum and alloy rims during service.
