ER75TD HubMatch®
A high volume RFV diagnostic wheel balancer, which comes in two variations, uniquely uses advanced balancing features such as our Dynamic AutoAdaptive with One-Plane Balancing and RFV measurement combined with HubMatch. All the best features from CEMB balancers are combined with HubMatch to ensure the assembly is round when rolling on the vehicle. The ER75TD comes standard with pneumatic locking.

- Spotter laser for an accurate positioning of the stick-on weights. The balancing procedure is further simplified by the LED light that illuminates the working space inside the rim.
- HUBMATCH (The new guided on-car eccentricity cancellation process): In one single spin, HubMatch detects the unbalance as well as the highest point of the wheel (1st harmonics), and displays it on-screen to enable mounting of the wheel on the vehicle so that simply matching mechanical clearances when positioning the rim on the hub will eliminate the eccentricity.
- Pneumatic locking of the wheel: two gas springs, which produce a force of 250kg, guarantee a quick and constant wheel locking. The four-wheel tire set is balanced in the same conditions.
- Automatic positioning with electromagnetic brake for an immediate locking of the wheel in the weight position.
- Panel with Touch system, innovative, durable, and straightforward. Allows intuitive use of all machine functions.
