Complete Alignment Check In Seconds

The ARGOS DriveThru is our brand new inspection system which, identifies all vehicles in a few seconds and then shows anomalies and required adjustments. The alignment measurement is fully automated, with no clutches, targets or detectors, and allows for complete results, including partial toe and steering angle. It prints out an easy to read for the customer diagnosis report of the anomalies and related symptoms.

Automatic Approach To Correction Position

To facilitate and speed up the calibration procedure, CEMB has introduced the Automatic Approach to the correction position on all balancing machines equipped with electric brake that are not provided with automatic positioning system. Once the measuring launch is completed, the wheel automatically stops around 15° from the exact point of application of the counterweight, allowing the operator to position it correctly with little movement. After the first plane correction, pressing “start” the wheel will be re-positioned around the second correction point.

The New 3D Laser Scan For Automatic Distance And Rim Diameter Detection Is Now Available

Beginning January 2020 a new version of the revolutionary 3D Laser Scan will be available.
The new 3D Laser Scan has a minimal footprint and, under the same conditions, allows for better reading. It also features a brighter laser which ensures optimal visibility, greater protection and improved ease of cleaning.

Innovative CEMB Software That Virtually Calculates The Rim Width

Virtual Sonar is the new CEMB software that allows, in the absence of sonar, to no longer have to manually set the rim width in the case of steel wheels. The software automatically calculates the width of the rim, defined by the position of the first correction plane, and checks its reliability according to the measured unbalance and the tolerance calculated with AutoAdaptive.

New Process Of Guided Eccentricity Cancellation When Mounting The Wheel On The Vehicle

Wheel balancers alone may not all solve tire and wheel related vibration complaints on sensitive vehicles. Tires must be balanced and “round when rolling” to be sure the vehicle rides smoothly. Based on best practice OEM balancing processes, HubMatch® balancing clocks the RFV high point of the assembly to the vehicle hub before mounting it at the 12 o’clock position.

Correct Both Static And Dynamic Imbalance With Only One Weight Saving Time

CEMB’s OPB (One Plane Balancing) Software along with the most recent technical innovations such as Laser Spotter and 3D Laser Scan, the machine offers a single ideal correction plane, indicating the exact point within the rim where the wheel can be balanced. Minimizing both static and dynamic unbalance, using a single counterweight thus saving time. The OPB program is proposed automatically at the end of the spin, each time the possibility of correcting with a single weight is detected.

The New Tolerance Calculation System

The innovative tolerance calculation system AutoAdaptive Mode is based on the evaluation of the residual imbalance limit value corresponding to an acceptable perceived vibration.  For each wheel that is balanced, the software AutoAdaptive Mode detects weight and dimensions and calculates the tolerance value that will cancel any vibration perceived on the steering wheel. AutoAdaptive Mode grants the highest comfort when driving, and together with OPB Program, saves balancing time.
