Super Automatic Balancing Machine
ER95 PLUS is a wheel balancer designed to combine operational speed, maximum precision and ease of use.
In a single 6.4-second measurement runout and without any operator intervention, it can automatically detect wheel size and correction planes, rim and tire imbalance and runout, with Direct Matching and Hubmatch indication.

CEMB’s AutoAdaptive Mode software measures the wheel’s weight and dimensions and then recalculates the tolerance value so as to cancel any vibration perceived on the steering wheel, ensuring the greatest possible driving comfort. CEMB’s OPB (One Plane Balancing) program, 3D Laser Scan and HubMatch, clock the RFV highpoint of the assembly to the vehicle hub before mounting it at the 12 o’clock position. All these features guarantee significant time savings during the balancing process. Also included is a TDC Laser (Top Dead Center) for steel rims.
